Who we are

What we collect

• Information you submit through forms: name, role, organization, work email, phone number, service interest, timing, and any message you write. We ask you not to submit sensitive security information through any public form.
• Analytics data: we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). We do not use advertising or marketing pixels.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and reliability.
• Spam-protection data (Cloudflare Turnstile): our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. To make that determination, Turnstile processes certain device and browser information (such as IP address and browser characteristics) on Cloudflare’s behalf. This data is used only for security purposes and is handled under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

• To maintain records of business correspondence
• To measure and improve the website

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it for us (email delivery, hosting, analytics) under their own contractual obligations, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retention

Form submissions are retained as business records for as long as needed to serve the inquiry and meet record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your submission by contacting us.

Your choices

Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including rights to access, correct, and delete personal data. To exercise any privacy right, email info@schoolsafetycertification.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

This website is intended for school administrators, staff, and law-enforcement professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
