Our commitment

GSFT – School Safety Certification serves public institutions, and we build this website to be usable by everyone. Our conformance target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we do

• Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus indicators throughout
• A logical heading structure and a skip-to-content link on every page
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds AA ratios on every text/background pair
• Visible labels on all form fields, with errors described in text
• Native, assistive-technology-friendly controls (standard links, buttons, and disclosure elements) rather than custom widgets
• Reduced-motion preferences respected; no autoplaying media
• Alternative text on meaningful images

How we test

Pages are checked with automated tooling (axe) and manual keyboard passes, with screen-reader spot checks, before release. Accessibility is a release requirement, not a cleanup task.
